LEGAL

Legal is a challenging and rewarding place to hone commercial and retail experience. Our work is interesting and varied, ranging from reviewing marketing campaigns to negotiating sponsorship deals with sports clubs and celebrities. Plus, of course, franchising and leasing work.

MARKETING
Three brands. Three fast-paced and forward-thinking marketing teams. Life in Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat and Chargrill Charlies is never dull – not even for a second. It’s creative, challenging, hands-on, vibrant and rewarding.
We’re on a mission to be Australia’s favourite place to tuck in, chow down, get a feed or have a meal. But we don’t come up with those strategies hidden behind a desk. In digital marketing or brand management, channel expansion or design & print, we get ourselves out there to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as franchisees. We make exciting things happen, and we deliver results as well as a big impact.
Together, we work on cool stuff. More than that, we get to learn, grow, be inspired – and get paid for it. Nice.
With so many people looking to us for fresh ideas, amped up solutions and flawless implementation, there’s no room for red tape. There’s plenty of space for collaboration, though. OPERATIONS
Nearly sixty people make up our 4 Operations teams. Each one of us is dedicated to one brand, but we’re all dedicated to teamwork. We have to be. Our job is to work closely with our franchisees to help them with every aspect of their business. That means seeing to it they stay on brand at all times and, ultimately, have the support they need to run a successful business.
You’ll be the coach who helps our franchisees grow. We’re talking guidance on customer experience, people development, sales-driven actions, plus coaching around profitability, operations, health & safety standards, local area marketing and compliance and much more.
It takes real people-relationship managers to get this job done right. It also takes flexibility. One day you’ll be wearing an HR hat, the next you’ll be looking at marketing and after that you’ll be on to finance. It’s like being a business owner without owning the business.
PEOPLE
The clue is definitely in the name when it comes to the People team. Our focus is attracting, keeping and growing the passionate cravers who make us successful. We’re led by industry leaders and pushed further by true innovators. Together, we help all our offices live a great culture.
You’ll learn more in 2 months here than you would in twelve somewhere else. This is HR at its most commercial, most cross-functional and most strategic. The variety of work, scale of the organisation and pace of delivery mean you can’t help but grow and adapt. Including Learning, Safety and HR, our team is small – just 15 – and we’re spread across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. But that doesn’t mean we don’t collaborate. PROPERTY
We love it when a plan comes together here in Property and our plan is to bring restaurants to life all the time. Our experience covers every side of property and development. From store design to the physical environment, leasing negotiations and site acquisition, project management and construction, we can do it all.

Supply Chain, QA & Innovation
There’s a lot of moving parts (and poultry) to get our heads around in Supply Chain, Quality Assurance & Product Innovation. Luckily, our work family is a talented one.

Our specialisms are very different – think forecasting, product lifecycle management and supplier relationships versus food safety and specification control versus new and exciting tastes. Put that together and you get a recipe (and the logistics) for the craveable food our customers love.
