Our partnerships with community are a major opportunity for reconciliation. With more than 400 sites across Australia, Hanson has extensive networks to support and provide opportunities to local communities. We also have large areas of cultural significance at a number of our sites. For decades we have worked with local communities to ensure these areas are treated with respect and are protected for future generations.

Opportunities
In our business operations and supply chains, we want to create opportunities through procurement and employment to drive sustainable community growth and improve economic and social outcomes for First Nations Australians.
Governance
Hanson’s RAP Steering Committee ensures that our RAP actions are upheld for the lifetime of the RAP, and that sustainable and effective changes are maintained beyond the RAP journey. Accountability and actionable milestones ensure we stay on track and advocate for reconciliation.
