Our Branches
Process Worker
Our Process Workers prepare and process sheets of flat glass into products such as windows, glass balustrades and shower screens for installation in residential and commercial buildings.
WHAT DOES A PROCESS WORKER DO?
Process Workers may do some or all of the following:
Use an overhead crane for loading and unloading of glass
Toughen glass using furnace machinery
Edging, polishing & CNC of glass products
Operate double glaze assembly equipment
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Fully trained Process Workers have:
Knowledge of different types of glass and how to work with these
Skills in using machinery and hand tools with precision
Knowledge of safety procedures and health and safety regulations.
Despatch Worker
Our despatch team are responsible for ensuring the on time delivery of products to our customers. This includes packing and loading glass onto trucks, and then our team of Truck drivers deliver the glass products to the customer.
Our Despatch team:
Sort and pack Glass products ready for distribution
Load Glass products onto trucks
Use an overhead crane or Forklift for loading and unloading of glass
Truck Drivers delivers products to customers by verifying orders
Maintenance Team
The Maintenance Team are responsible for repairing, fixing, monitoring, and ensuring that the automated machinery and equipment work properly without any issues.
The Maintenance Team can be made up on any of the following:
Maintenance or Engineering Manager
Maintenance Trade Assistants
Electricians
Fitters
Office Based Roles
CORPORATE SERVICES
Corporate Services are the overarching body that service Viridian nationwide. It consists of the following departments – Human Resources, WHSE, Marketing, Finance, IT and Business Systems, and Operational Excellence.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
With a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, our team contribute to the relationship building process aligned with our customer orders.
SALES TEAM
Sales are responsible for building relationships with our valued customers, managing their accounts and supporting their orders.
