Work Experience at BINGO

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Arin Ayan, son of Murat Ayan, Allocations Supervisor C&I, to complete his year 10 work experience at BINGO.

Our talent acquisition team is always looking to promote BINGO as a preferred workplace so we can attract new GOgetters needed to operate our business, and in particular, people for trade roles through apprenticeship programs and internships, as well as undergraduates.

“My goal is for young adolescents to recognise BINGO as an employer of choice and the exciting opportunities that lie within our multi-operational and complex business,” said Gina Bahri, Head of Talent Acquisition.

“We want to showcase the different career pathways BINGO can offer, and we are always on the lookout for people who can help us push for a waste-free Australia. I am looking for BINGO’s future leaders!”

We caught up with Arin to learn more about his experience at BINGO.

What are your first impressions of BINGO?

My very first impressions were that in the office at BINGO, everyone has great communication and listening skills. There’s a lot of talking at the same time, and it can get pretty loud at times. But through that noise, everyone is still able to communicate with each other and be understood. Also, a key observation I made is that everyone is great at concentrating, focusing and blocking out unwanted noise when no one is talking to them. Overall, in the office, I observed great teamwork amongst everyone.

What has been your highlight so far?

My highlight so far at BINGO is seeing each department. The departments that I’ve been to are the Commercial & Sales Support Team, Key Accounts Support Team, Allocations Team and the Call Centre. I also spent time with Allocations Supervisor C&I NSW Murat Ayan, and it has been an experience which I won’t get again. Another highlight was that I was able to allocate and book jobs, listen to calls that come in at the call centre and order new bin assemblies, experiencing allocations and how they get their bins to site on time and servicing bins. These different types of jobs are all linked together, and it’s interesting to see how every job in the office plays a part in delivering services to customers, by working together.

What are you hoping to get out of your experience?

I am hoping to get a real good sense of how everyone works in unison and learn how to write a professional email. By this I mean that teamwork and collaboration is very important in workplaces and these skills I can use in school, at home and most importantly, work areas. Emailing is a big part of our everyday life and it’s an important tool to keep jobs flowing. By learning how to write professional emails, I’m able to have an important life skill and communicate to customers in a professional manner.

Does this experience relate to any current or future studies you’d like to undertake?

This work experience will not relate to any current or future studies but there are learnings that I take away from this experience such as having the skills to write a professional email, greater communication skills with colleagues and customers, understanding problems that occur and working with it in a calm manner and understanding team collaboration better.

BINGO’s Driver Academy

BINGO’s Driver Academy is creating opportunities for people who are looking to get into the waste industry as truck drivers, but don’t yet have the training or license needed.

BINGO’s truck drivers play an integral role in ensuring the business operates efficiently by transporting bins, waste material and recycled products to and from customer sites and recycling centres.

The academy was established in 2021 as BINGO noticed it was getting increasingly challenging to recruit new drivers.

“More had to be done to attract and support the development of new truck drivers,” said Shadi Faraj, BINGO’s Head of Capability, Training and Performance.

“We know that there are a lot of people out there, in particularly women, who are interested in a career change but don’t have a truck license and might feel it’s not within reach.

“The academy simplifies the transition as we have professional trainers and allocators supporting new starters through the process. And the feedback from our participants has been fantastic so far.

“The best part is that everyone who graduates the academy will be placed in a job at the end of the training and allocated a BINGO truck.”

Meet Mara

A BINGO Academy graduate

Mara Tukaki joined the BINGO Driver Academy in August 2022, having spent the past 13 years as a bank manager. Having just completed a pre-employment program, she was referred to the BINGO Academy in West Melbourne, without any prior truck experience.

Below, Mara discusses her new career and experience with BINGO so far.

“After working in finance for a number of years, I wanted to work in a completely different environment, with different challenges and personalities, and BINGO has provided this for me,” said Mara.

“I was well supported throughout the training program led by James Rangiawha, Driver Trainer & Assessor.

“He is very experienced, friendly, and his teaching methods are excellent for people without prior truck experience.

“The support has continued well beyond the training – from James, the allocators, my manager and most importantly, my peers. I have also received positive feedback about other drivers which makes me proud, knowing that I work with a great group of people.

“I find the physicality of the role satisfying compared to an office environment. I enjoy problem solving with other drivers, anything from bin scenarios through to ideas on how to increase our individual productivity without compromising our safety. This for me is the true spirit of BINGO’s value ‘One Team, One Family’.

“I have formed close bonds with a number of other drivers and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the positive interactions and support I have received from my male counterparts and our customers,” Mara said.

“I have a newfound respect for truck driving, in particular driving a marrel truck which requires a lot of skill, not only when driving but also when working the marrel.

“What I have observed in my short time at BINGO is that there are a lot of growth opportunities from a people and business perspective. There’s a lot of talent, skills and experience amongst the drivers, and their ideas greatly benefit the business.”

BINGO GOgetters

Our GOgetters are a diverse group of people who come from many different backgrounds. Providing a culturally safe workplace where our GOgetters can be themselves and feel valued, involved and respected for their perspectives and contribution is key to our success.

Some of the ways we make BINGO a great place to work are by providing quality training and development opportunities, introducing sustainable, flexible work arrangements, improving our performance feedback system, enhancing communication, and providing a great range of employee perks and benefits, including our reward and recognition program, investing in leadership development and fostering a relationship-based leadership model.

We also continue to assess and maintain a competitive remuneration and incentive strategy that drives our people to outperform.

At BINGO, enough is never enough

BINGO people make a big difference. And we do it from day one – for the planet, for our friends, for our family and for our neighbours. Our people are a rare breed, pushing each other onward to do more and to do better. They’ve driven us forward, and kept us fresh. They’re GOgetters!

Meet Victor

Plant Electrician

Last week, we welcomed GOgetter Victor and his family from South Africa. Victor is our newest Plant Electrician and will be based at the Eastern Creek site.

Victor’s new manager Janardhan Pillay, his team and our Talent team had prepared the accommodation for Victor and his family by gathering furniture donations and setting up the property for their arrival,” said Gina Bahri, Head of Talent Acquisition.

The team personally purchased a microwave, kettle and toaster for the family which just shows the generosity and graciousness of our GOgetters and the BINGO way.

Some Aussie groceries went a long way as well with a tired (and unwell) family who travelled for the very first time ever. Definitely a heart-felt and humbling experience for us

Welcome to BINGO, Victor! We look forward to hearing more about his first impressions in the coming weeks.

BINGO Trailblazers

BINGO Trailblazers are GOgetters who are shaping the future of our company and industry. They are employees who demonstrate our values and lead the BINGO way. Our Trailblazer series is also an opportunity for us to showcase who our employees are and highlight some of the career paths we offer at BINGO.

Meet Lliam

What made you join BINGO?

I joined BINGO as an intern while I was studying at university, and once I finished, I was offered a full-time role which I couldn’t say no to. BINGO has a great culture, work-life balance, flexibility, learning opportunities and is ultimately a business that makes a real difference for society through our recycling-led strategy.

Can you tell us a bit more about your time at BINGO?

So far at BINGO, I’ve worked on a bit of everything! Some of my highlights would include working on the investor relations presentations back when we were publicly listed, the Macquarie and QLD deals, executing our alternative fuel strategy, and various projects within the Innovation Hub. The Innovation Hub is a really exciting part of the business, where I am exposed to new technologies entering the recycling space; for example, I recently had the opportunity to tour a facility in Somersby that utilises bugs to process organic waste. I’ve also really valued the experience of the strategic planning process. It’s been a great way to meet everyone in the business and understand their goals for the coming year.

What are you most excited about at BINGO and our industry?

I think there’s a lot to be excited about at BINGO – we’re really starting to push towards 100% diversion from landfill as we look to execute our alternative fuels strategy. Our Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) is becoming a highly sought-after commodity, and being able to produce something that replaces traditional sources of fuel such as coal, is great for our planet. I think alternative fuels will be a game changer as they become more widely accepted. Net zero initiatives and societal awareness towards sustainability practices has been a real driver for a lot of companies to start looking at their decarbonisation pathway, where the waste industry will be able to help heavy industry in a big way. Soon our RDF will be traded like commodities such as gold, silver and oil.

I also think there are big opportunities in the putrescible waste space. Municipal Solid Waste and Commercial & Industrial streams have much lower recovery rates than Building & Demolition waste, and if the government is serious about their slated recovery rate targets, there will be some big changes needed in this industry – whether it’s new technology or other initiatives.

Can you tell us about how your career has progressed at BINGO?

Starting out as an intern, I helped out a couple days a week with whatever work was required. As I moved into my full-time role, I was given more responsibility to own my own projects and see them through from idea to execution. During my time at BINGO, I’ve always been told that if there’s a project I want to work on or an opportunity I want to experience then I shouldn’t hesitate to ask, and this has opened a lot of doors for me so far. I look forward to taking on more responsibility in the future as my role evolves and I learn more about the industry.

Do you have a personal mantra? If so, what is it?

As corny as it sounds – never say never. I’m always willing to try new things, explore new places and meet new people. I think being as open as possible to new opportunities is really valuable. Even if you don’t end up liking something, it is a learning experience for the future.

How good are you at work-life balance? Any tips for balancing work and home life?

I think I’m pretty good at it. I do prefer working from the office, as it makes the distinction between work and home clearer, and it’s easier to switch off at the end of the day.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, soccer, gym, running, going to the beach, watching/playing most sports, travelling and socialising.

What is the most important attribute that you think people should bring to their job?

A positive attitude – I feel this is an essential attribute for any team member.

Meet Fezeh

Tell us a bit about your role and responsibilities

As the landfill manager at Eastern Creek, I have a wide range of responsibilities that are critical to the smooth operation of the site. My primary duties include overseeing the daily operations of the landfill, managing truck deliveries, managing contractors, managing operators, and ensuring that waste is disposed of properly in accordance with licensed guidelines and regulations.

Safety is always my top priority and I make sure that all operators and customers are protected from any potential hazards. This involves conducting regular safety audits and training sessions, as well as implementing measures to mitigate any potential risks.

In addition to ensuring safety, I also focus on maintaining the landfill gas production and reducing infiltration of surface water. This is done by adjusting landfill operations and filling procedures, and by implementing the best practices and innovative scientific methods in waste management.

Overall, as the landfill manager at Eastern Creek, I am responsible for ensuring that the site operates efficiently, safely, and in an environmentally responsible manner. By working closely with my team and contractors, I am confident that we will continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers and the community.

What are you most excited about at BINGO and our industry?

My experience at BINGO has been truly fulfilling and exciting. The opportunities for learning and growth, the supportive team atmosphere, and the ability to make a positive impact on the environment are all reasons why I believe BINGO is the best place to work. BINGO is not just a job to me, but a place where I can make a real impact and contribute to a waste-free future. I am proud to be part of the BINGO family and will continue to strive towards achieving the company’s mission.

Can you tell us a bit more about your career to date and what you’re looking to achieve at BINGO?

I started my academic journey by studying Physics for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. The desire to understand how the world works was the driving force behind this decision. However, as I progressed through my studies, I realised that I was passionate about the environment and the impact of our actions on future generations. This realisation led me to pursue a Master’s and PhD in Environmental Engineering.

During my PhD, I was awarded the Excellence Australian Post Graduate Award and I have published more than 20 peer-reviewed journals, conference papers, and book chapters on various topics related to environmental engineering. After completing my PhD, I held a postdoctoral position at Western Sydney University where I taught advanced waste management and worked on a research project focused on bio-remediation and nano-remediation technologies for contaminated soil.

One year into my postdoctoral position, I realised that not all academic research has a direct impact on the environment and I wanted to find ways to make a more direct impact. This led me to search for consulting jobs, but I struggled to find a position due to my lack of site-work experience and being perceived as overqualified. Nevertheless, I did not give up and eventually landed a job as a consultant. I worked at BINGO’s Eastern Creek landfill and it was during this time that I got an opportunity to join BINGO fulltime.

I am also a mentor at Women in Engineering Australia, where I have the opportunity to share my experience with young engineers and encourage them to pursue careers in environmental engineering since 2020.

At BINGO, my goal is to continue making a positive impact on the environment through practical solutions and innovative technologies.

Do you have a personal mantra? If so, what is it?

“Take risks, embrace failures, and take any opportunity for learning” is my personal mantra. I strongly believe that taking calculated risks and embracing failures are crucial for success.

I am always open to criticism as I believe that life is short and it is important to seize every opportunity to learn and work hard to reach our goals. By stepping out of our comfort zone and embracing new challenges and experiences, we demonstrate our resilience and drive for personal growth and development.

This mindset has allowed me to take on new roles, even if it may have been a risk, as I am constantly striving to improve and grow. By embracing failures and learning from them, I am able to build a strong foundation for future success.

How good are you at work-life balance? Any tips for balancing work and home life?

Balancing work and home life can be a challenge, but it is essential for maintaining a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. To achieve this balance, I have been following the following steps:

1.    Prioritising: I make a list of the most important tasks for both work and home, and prioritise them based on their urgency and importance.

2.    Setting boundaries: I have decided on specific work hours and I make sure to stick to them, and unplug from work when at home.

3.    Communicating: I clearly communicate my work schedule to my family and vice versa, to make sure everyone is on the same page.

4.    Getting organised: I keep track of my schedule, appointments, and tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

5.    Making time for self-care: I engage in activities that help me relax and recharge, such as exercise, reading, or meditation.

6.    Flexibility: I try to be flexible and be prepared to adjust my schedule as needed.

7.    Quality time: I make the most of my time with family and loved ones, and focus on creating meaningful experiences and memories together.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

I make it a point to take some time for myself to recharge and relax, even if it’s just for a short while. My husband, son, and I have a list of activities that we all enjoy, and we make sure to spend time doing things together as a family. Whether it’s exploring new places, trying new recipes, or simply having a movie night at home, we’re having a great time bonding and creating memories.

In addition to our family activities, we also like to hang out with friends and exercise together. This has been a great way for us to stay active and continue building our relationships with each other.

What is the most important attribute that you think people should bring to work?

I believe that responsibility and accountability in the workplace are the most essential attributes that every employee should bring to their role. When employees take ownership of their work and are accountable for their results, it sets the tone for collaboration, teamwork, and mutual trust. As a result, the team can work together effectively and efficiently to achieve their goals.

Additionally, taking responsibility and being accountable in the workplace shows integrity and reliability, which can build a positive reputation for the employee and help to advance their career. This can be especially important in a competitive job market where a strong reputation is critical to success.

Ultimately, responsibility and accountability are key factors in creating a positive and productive work environment that benefits everyone involved.

Any other career you’d like to share?

Regardless of what our job may be, what truly matters is putting our best effort into it and striving to be the best in that area. This may not be easy, but it is achievable if we know what our goals and aspirations are in life.

I believe in the power of hard work, intelligence, taking on challenges, and never stopping the pursuit of learning. The results may not come immediately, but I have faith that they will be positive in the end. This is why it’s important to be patient, persistent, and not give up.

My background in research has taught me the importance of making informed decisions, based on gathered information and analysis, rather than relying on trial and error. This approach has helped me in many aspects of my life.

Even in the face of difficulties and challenges, I believe that finding meaning and purpose in what we do can bring us joy and fulfillment. I recall a challenging decision I had to make in the past, but I trusted my instincts and the knowledge I had gathered, and it led to a positive outcome, though it took some time.

Meet Lisa

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I’m Lisa and I’m the Marketing Manager at BINGO. Icompleted a Bachelor of Commerce in 2019 at the University of New South Wales majoring in Marketing. A little fun fact about me is that my parents are BIG Elvis fans, so fittingly I’m named after Lisa-Marie Presley. I even had the “privilege” of visiting Graceland in Memphis!

BINGO was my first corporate role and 5 years later I’m still here today, so time really flies when you’re having fun. I’ve been told that I “Bleed Orange” as I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of the extraordinary journey and transformation of a family run business, to a public company and now under the ownership of MIRA. I’ve built quite the reputation for being the “Go-to-Girl”, so I like to think that my strengths lie with being able to strategise and execute numerous marketing initiatives that might be occurring simultaneously.

So why marketing and why in the waste industry?

Freshly out of school and off the back of the Premier’s all-round excellence award for my ATAR achievement I struggled with the daunting decision like any 18-year-old on what’s next? I knew I had a passion for business and working with a variety of stakeholders and that’s about it. After attending countless university open days and listening to industry experts I immediately discovered my passion for Marketing. The multi-faceted nature of such a career which touched on innovation, market research, competitor analysis, digital transformation and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders unlocked my appetite to be a part of this. I can say that I have not looked back since. No two days are ever the same in Marketing at BINGO and that’s why I love it – It keeps you on your toes. One day you’ll be transforming a recycling centre into a Coachella event and the next you will be strategising on marketing campaigns.

I have to be honest here, what started off as a temporary “after school” job at BINGO quickly evolved into a strong and genuine passion for sustainability. The more knowledge and experience I gained around what we were doing to push resource recovery through innovation in the Waste industry blew my mind. There is definitely more than ‘meets the eye of waste’ which was an assumption I made far too quickly. The company’s passion for sustainability and push for a circular economy is a massive synergy of my own ethos – that what we do today impacts our future generations.

What’s something that you’ve loved working on and were really proud of when you finished?

I have been lucky enough to be a part of some amazing Marketing initiatives such as BINGO’s rebrand, E-commerce website, events, education program and MyBINGO. A particular project that I loved working on was the roll out of BINGO’s rebrand and repositioning strategy framework in 2018. The challenge we had to overcome was repositioning BINGO from a ‘Bins’ collections business when in fact we are so much more. Through a series of initiatives and channels we repositioned BINGO to play a key role in Australia’s transition to a circular economy. This demonstrated our commitment to building a strong, sustainable recycling industry. Hence, we strategically rebranded BINGO Bins to BINGO Industries that was all-encompassing on BINGO’s end-to-end waste solution that is focused on recycling, closing the loop and recovery of valuable materials. From this our mission “Pushing for a Waste Free Australia” was born. This project in its entirety took over 2 years to complete which included the branding platform, EVP and updating physical and digital assets such as the website, bins, trucks, uniform and comms platform.

Three tips for balancing work and study

I survived by three tips that helped me complete my degree and work at the same time.

  1. Stay healthy – with the stress and pressure of working and studying a healthy life and mind is a priority. In all the craziness take the time to regain your composure and recharge.
  2. Reward yourself –enjoy the journey and celebrate the wins, no matter how small they are, make the time to recognise your achievements that take you one step closer to your goals.
  3. Have a good study and work routine – make sure your time management is balanced between the two. Plan your activities for the week and get into a good rhythm. If you’re going out for Friday drinks and you have an assignment due on Monday – Plan for it.

How do you manage your work/life balance?

I have always valued my career and my personal life equally. While working at BINGO, I found that the balance of both has not been difficult. Especially with BINGO’s emphasis on family. I found the encouragement of a collaborative environment along with a motivated team makes for a productive and enjoyable workplace.

I have never shied away from contributing what was needed to get the job done. However, coming from a big family, and planning my wedding this year I am also aware of the importance of family and prioritising my personal life as well.

From a practical perspective, I try to set boundaries, organise my work by planning my weeks in advance and by making the most of my weekends!

What’s next for Lisa Tizzone?

Well, hopefully these boarders open up so I can enjoy a much-needed honeymoon! On a serious note, I can’t wait to grow professionally and personally. Knowledge is key, so I can’t wait to learn more about the industry and lead some exciting initiatives over the next 12 months.

Giving back to our communities

We believe in giving back to the community and supporting Australian families.

For the BINGO family, our support for the community is deeply personal. We proudly support two major cancer charities – the NSW Cancer Council and the McGrath Foundation. Since 2014 we have raised over $1.7 million for these charities. In FY22 BINGO was proud to step up as the major sponsor of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s STEPtember campaign.

NSW Cancer Council

The Cancer Council NSW conducts and funds world-class research and believes in a cancer free future. The Council provides

support for people with cancer, their carers, family and friends, throughout their cancer journey. We have given two of our front-lift commercial waste trucks a pink makeover to show our support for this charity.

McGrath Foundation

The McGrath Foundation raises money to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia. They also provide greater breast cancer awareness education for young women. We have

sprayed five of our marrell skip bin trucks in bright pink to show our support and ongoing commitment. In support of the McGrath Foundation and to raise awareness for breast cancer, BINGO operates a fleet of pink McGrath Foundation trucks, affectionately named Rose and Mary.

During the month of October 2021, BINGO raised over $24,000 for McGrath Foundation as part of our Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraising campaign.

We're Pushing for a Waste Free Australia

ATSI At BINGO

As an Australian-run recycling business with a vision for a more sustainable and equitable future, we recognise the importance of acknowledging and working to address the wrongs of the past.

We are committed to reconciliation – to building strong relationships that support First Nations communities in their goals of self-determination and recognition. We know reconciliation is a journey, and we are committed to improving our business to ensure we are a culturally safe place for First Nations people, businesses, and communities.

We are also committed to supporting greater economic participation for First Nations communities. We do this through supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island-owned businesses and organisations and by generating employment, development, and mentorship opportunities within our operations for First Nations team members.

BINGO’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

Our vision for reconciliation is to operate a business that is inclusive and respectful of the cultural needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities and that contributes to the celebration of their histories and customs. Download our reconciliation action plan below.

Empowering our First Nations employees

At BINGO, we believe that employing First Nations people is only the first step towards empowering our First Nations communities. Providing holistic, culturally appropriate support is the fundamental ongoing necessity to retaining and developing a thriving Indigenous workforce.

When an Indigenous person is employed with BINGO, they are contacted by our Indigenous Engagement Manager for a one-on-one casual catch-up. During this catch-up, the start of a genuine working relationship is formed, and our Indigenous Engagement Manager can identify long-term goals and understand potential hurdles that might impact our new GOgetter’s ability to meet the expectations of their role requirements.

Aboriginal employment strategy

In late 2021, BINGO partnered with the Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) and developed a collaborative relationship that fostered mutually beneficial outcomes. AES is the leader in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment nationally and has several local offices to BINGO’s Auburn Head Office. As a result of this partnership, 10 local Aboriginal people have been employed at BINGO in skilled roles. On average, each Aboriginal GOgetter contributes to the financial support of around seven to eight family and community members.

This means that in Western Sydney alone, BINGO has indirectly made a positive impact on 70 to 80 local Indigenous people through our partnership with the AES. *FY2022 no.

Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island-owned businesses

In 2021, BINGO joined forces with leading Aboriginal enterprise Yalagan Group to form Djurwa – a majority first-nations owned and led recycling and waste management service provider.

Our vision for Djurwa is to operate a profit-for-purpose business that uses the BINGO and Yalagan networks to generate meaningful employment, training, development and procurement opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and businesses.

Djruwa provides end-to-end waste management and recycling services to Building & Demolition (B&D) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers and is already helping customers realise both their recycling and Aboriginal procurement and participation goals.

Inclusive, diverse and belonging culture at BINGO

We are committed to building an inclusive BINGO Family where our team of GOgetters feel safe to be themselves and supported to achieve their best.

As a business, we know that we only reap the benefits of a diverse workforce when employees feel comfortable being themselves at work, express their unique perspectives and contribute ideas. We believe the diversity of our customers, stakeholders and the communities in which we operate should be reflected in our diverse team.

We engage a broad pool of talent from our local communities, which means our BINGO Family is made up of a diverse range of GOgetters, rich in backgrounds, cultures, languages, socioeconomic status and experiences. At BINGO, females represent 26.3% of the senior management team, and our GOgetters represent over 40 different nationalities.

  • Our Initiatives & Goals: Our ambition is for our people to be inspired to perform at their best and with a sense of pride, to feel valued for their contributions and experience genuine care.
  • Implementing our diversity and inclusion framework: An important part of realising this ambition is investing in our teams’ development and learning so they have the skills and know-how that all employees need to not only do their jobs but outperform in their roles.
  • Continuing to support flexible work arrangements: Increasing our part-time and casual workforce. We offer study leave, study days and study support to team members where the course is relevant to their roles and the business.
  • Launching our second Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): First Nations support program delivering results for BINGO’s Indigenous team members through our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.
